Clyde & Co Ireland is based in Dublin and has supported clients in the commercial, insurance and reinsurance sectors in Ireland and globally since 2009.

The team offers Irish and English law advice to a broad range of Irish, UK and international clients, as well as representation before the Irish courts, arbitration tribunals and the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman.

Our office has a primary focus on the marine and non-marine insurance, aviation, cyber/data protection, energy/renewables and construction sectors. We have extensive experience in all lines of marine and non-marine insurance and reinsurance, including coverage, defence and subrogation spanning property damage and business interruption, professional indemnity (including solicitors, architects and engineers), cyber breach response/data protection, renewable energy, D&O, political risk, employer/public liability, product liability, CAR, latent defects and bloodstock.

Our Dublin team forms part of our global insurance and reinsurance practice which handles claims across every line of insurance and reinsurance business, from the smallest matter to the largest and most complex loss. We also have dedicated corporate, commercial and regulatory teams working across the globe who advise clients at every stage of their development.

Dublin-based partner Garrett Moore leads our Dublin team, all of whom are dual-qualified in Ireland and England/Wales.
