Clyde & Co entered into an association with Kangwana & Co in 2020. The association combines Kangwana & Co's more than 10 years' experience in the Kenyan market and Clyde & Co's 15 years presence in the continent to provide an integrated service for clients in the East Africa region and globally.

Working closely with specialists in Clyde & Co's other regional offices, the Kenya associated office will advise clients on a broad range of corporate & commercial issues, with a particular focus on projects and construction, corporate/M&A, insurance and dispute resolution.
