Sarah Hill is a partner in our Birmingham office. She is also our head of office and the head of our fraud practice group. She is responsible for the strategic development of counter-fraud initiatives across all of our business lines and for leading the department nationally.
With 19 years of legal experience, Sarah is an expert in managing fraudulent insurance clients. She has particular expertise in all aspects of fraud claims, including staged and contrived incidents, bogus and exaggerated claims, and policyholder frauds.
In her tenure, she has acted for several top 10 insurance companies and has led intelligence enquiries. Sarah has also coordinated investigations into complex fraud cases.
She routinely advises on current regulatory legislature, which assists in combatting fraud. She also regularly advises clients on fraud processes and procedures and the implementation of fraud identification systems and models.
